The Role: We are seeking a BPMN Consultant to lead business process analysis, design, and optimization. You will capture and model enterprise workflows, design BPMN 2.0 compliant processes, and collaborate with IT teams to implement automation across ERP, CRM, and workflow platforms. This role is ideal for someone passionate about transforming business requirements into efficient, automated, and governed processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture as-is processes and design optimized to-be models.
- Work with BPMN 2.0 platforms (Camunda, Signavio, Bizagi, Flowable).
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate BPMN into workflow automation systems.
- Define governance frameworks for process management and compliance.
- Provide training and doentation for sustainable process adoption.
