Roles & Responsibilities
Safely operate a light vehicle, ensuring compliance with all traffic regulations and safety protocols on every journey.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, identifying and reporting any mechanical issues to maintain vehicle integrity and safety.
Efficiently plan and navigate routes to optimize delivery times while minimizing fuel consumption and wear on the vehicle.
Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and delivery schedules, contributing to effective fleet management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in defensive driving or vehicle maintenance are a plus.
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record, showcasing reliability and responsibility behind the wheel.
A minimum of 1 year of driving experience, preferably in a light vehicle delivery or transportation role.
Familiarity with local and regional roadways enhances efficiency in route planning and execution.
