Seeking a Business Development Executive with 3–6 years of experience in the OIL & GAS sector to identify and develop new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and support growth through strategic sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and convert new business leads in upstream, midstream, and downstream segments
Build strong relationships with clients, EPCs, and government bodies
Handle tendering, proposals, and bid submissions
Support sales forecasts, pipelines, and reporting
Represent the company in trade shows and industry events
Skills Required:
Proven sal development experience in Oil & Gas
Knowledge of valves, instrumentation, EPC projects, or field services
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
CRM tools proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)
G market knowledge preferred
Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused
Education:
Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical, Petroleum, etc.) or Business
M diploma is a plus
Valid U driving license preferred
