Job description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with real estate stakeholders, and driving revenue growth through the promotion of our snagging and inspection services.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers, brokers, contractors, property managers, and individual property buyers.
· Understand client needs and present tailored snagging and inspection solutions.
· Collaborate with the operations and inspection teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
· Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
· Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM software.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform sales strategy.

Qualifications & Requirements:
· At least one year experience in sales or business development, preferably in the real estate or property services sector.
· Strong understanding of the property market and construction processes is a plus.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills is a MUST
· Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
