Job Description

We are looking for a driven Business Development (BD) Sales Executive to lead our business growth efforts in the Dubai, UAE region. This is a performance-based role offering a modest base salary and a high commission structure, ideal for individuals with strong networks, persuasive skills, and a hunger for success.



Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients across UAE (startups, enterprises, government).
Generate qualified leads and convert them into signed deals.
Present VulcanTech’s services (, Agentic AI, custom software, blockchain) in a compelling way.
Conduct market analysis and competitor tracking to refine sales strategies.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.


Candidate Requirements

Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management—preferably in the technology sector.
Familiarity with , software development, or SaaS products is a strong plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate market intelligence into actionable strategies.
Proven ability to sell tech or digital services, ideally in the UAE market.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident working independently.
Strong network in the UAE business ecosystem is a plus.
