Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
Over 2 years of proven sales experience in real estate, financial products, or asset management
Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close profitable deals
Fluency in Russian and English (additional languages are a plus)
Knowledge of the local real estate market (CRM knowledge is a plus)
