Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our
team in Bur Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business
opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving company growth through
effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and
lead generation Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients Present company services to potential clients and close sales deals Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups with clients Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) Proven experience in sales or business development Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and meet targets Results-driven and customer-focused mindset Knowledge of the UAE market is an added advantage
