Insights Success Media LLC is expanding its team in Dubai and is looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates (ONLY FEMALE) to join us as Business Development Executives and Calling Executives.
The ideal candidate ( ONLY FEMALE) should have strong communication skills, confidence in speaking with potential clients, and a positive attitude toward learning and professional growth. Fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in business development, sales, client communication, and media are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce the company's services and business opportunities.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential clients.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements and communicate suitable solutions.
- Schedule meetings and follow up on business proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups.
- Work toward individual and team sal development targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client communication and service delivery.
Candidate Requirements
- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Basic understanding of sales or business development is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable communicating with new people.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be based in Dubai or willing to work in Dubai.
