Hexagone Capital, an independent private wealth management firm based in the DIFC and regulated by the DFSA, is recruiting a Business Developer to support our international client acquisition strategy.
We are expanding a diverse, dynamic, and female-led client development team, and we welcome candidates who thrive in such an environment.
Your Mission
– Generate qualified meetings for the Vice President of Wealth Management
– Lead sourcing via LinkedIn, warm calling, referrals, and networking events
– Achieve a target of 10 meetings per week
– Represent Hexagone Capital professionally within international communities
Requirements
– Excellent English (mandatory)
– Already based in Dubai
– Strong communication & interpersonal skills
– Experience in sales, lead generation, real estate, hospitality, or client-facing roles is a plus
– European or Asian backgrounds are welcome, especially Eastern Europe and Chinese-speaking profiles
Compensation
Competitive fixed salary + high commission structure based on performance.
