Responsibilities
• Researching and identifying potential business opportunities based on client and market demands
• Attend client meetings and deliver presentations when required
• Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships
• Achieving monthly and annual targets in line with Company’s objectives.
• Coordinating sales effort as appropriate with other team members and departments.
• Support, train and drive upselling across all levels of the business
• Developing promotional collateral and presentations.
• Developing and maintaining a long-term sales pipeline to increase overall revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate records and keep CRM up-to-date.
• Providing lead pipeline reporting to senior management as required.
• Attending exhibitions, and conferences as required.
• Following industry trends locally and internationally.
• Develop strategy to increase market share within the UAE
• Review industry and markets reporting as required. Keep business updated with trends and changes in the FM and Home Maintenance market.
• Bachelor's degree in Business administration or related discipline
• 3+ years' of sales experience
• FM / Property maintenance experience preferred
