Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Dubai. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and fostering strong relationships with customers. The role involves proactive communication with potential clients, strategic planning, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
Strong skills in Business strategy and Account Management
Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities
Highly motivated and results-driven
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Experience in the recruitment or HR consultancy sector is a plus
