We are looking for a Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of relevant experience in the insurance field, including UAE work experience, preferably with an existing client portfolio.
Role Overview:
> The candidate identifies new clients, builds partnerships, and grows the company's market share by selling various insurance products including Medical, Motor, General, and Marine Insurance through effective networking.
> This role requires strong sales skills, product knowledge, and UAE market experience.
Requirements:
> 2–3 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry with UAE work experience
> Existing client portfolio is an advantage
> Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
> Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets
Key Responsibilities:
> Identify and generate new business opportunities.
> Build and maintain strong client relationships
> Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
> Promote insurance products and services to prospective clients
Salary & Benefits:
AED 4,000 – 5,000 (depending on experience) plus attractive commission as per targets achieved
