We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our expanding Holiday Homes division. Your main responsibility will be to onboard new properties by actively engaging with property owners and convincing them to list and manage their units through our holiday home platform.

Key Responsibilities
Actively seek and connect with property owners, investors, landlords, and brokers to onboard new units.
Present and promote our Holiday Homes management services to potential clients.
Build trust and long-term relationships with property owners.
Negotiate and close agreements to list and manage properties under our brand.
Maintain a pipeline of leads and ensure consistent growth of property inventory.
Meet monthly onboarding targets and KPIs.
Requirements
Proven experience in the Holiday Homes / Short-term rentals / Real Estate industry (mandatory).
Strong existing network of property owners and real estate contacts.
Fluent in English and preferably one or more of the following languages: Arabic, Hin, Russian, French.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Energetic, proactive, and self-motivated with a hunter mindset.
Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of the local property market and trends in the holiday home industry.
