We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence in Dubai and the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and partners
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activity
Develop and implement effective sales and business growth strategies
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and business presentations
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets
Achieve monthly and annual sales goals
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and achieve targets
Knowledge of the UAE market is a strong advantage
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
