THE ROLEWe are hiring Business Development Managers to join our growing commercial team in Bahrain.
This is a remote, results-driven role focused on generating new business from SMEs in the financial, legal, and professional services sector.
You will represent QUBITX ONE GLOBAL directly, introduce our compliance and infrastructure services to decision-makers, and drive deals through to contract signing.
Full technical support and delivery is handled by our internal team once a contract is secured.
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience in Bahrain
- Existing professional network in the financial, legal, or SME sector preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage own pipeline
- Prior experience in IT, compliance, banking, or insurance sales is a strong advantage
- Must be based in Bahrain — client meetings are conducted independently by the BDM at the prospect's location
