Business Development Manager (BDM)

Einovavc, a leading UAE business setup & consulting firm, is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our market presence.
What You’ll Do
• Generate and convert leads for company formation & corporate services
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle (prospecting to closure)
• Build long-term relationships with entrepreneurs, SMEs & investors
• Develop partnerships and referral networks
• Maintain CRM, sales reports & forecasts
• Attend networking events and business forums
What We’re Looking For
• 4+ years of B2B sales / business development experience
• Background in business setup, consulting, corporate services, or professional services
• Strong negotiation & communication skills
• Target-driven with a proven sales track record
• Knowledge of UAE business setup regulations is a strong advantage
