Overview:

We’re looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager with a strong background in B2B and B2C sales.

The ideal candidate will focus on growing revenue, acquiring new clients, and expanding business opportunities in the UAE market.

Industry - Courier Shipping / Logistics

Job Responsibilities:

Develop tailored sales strategies, identify and secure new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
Build a strong client pipeline to maintain steady revenue and manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
Ensure seamless implementation of eCommerce and logistics solutions to meet UAE customers’ needs and requirements
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients across various industries.
Stay updated on market trends and competitors to stay ahead.
Collaborate with internal teams to support strategic projects and launch new services.
Track sales performance and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Provide regular reports on sales progress, client acquisition, and market updates.
Experience in B2B sales, business development, or key account management in the freight, courier, logistics, or transportation industry.
Strong network and experience working with high-profile clients across different sectors.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and drive business decisions.
