We’re looking for an experienced Investment Setup & Business Development Advisor to support an investment management company with building and structuring an end-to-end investment setup and operational framework.
Scope includes:
Designing the investment setup process (from onboarding to execution)
Drafti investment agreements and supporting doentation (term sheets, SPVs where relevant)
Guidance on tax considerations, regulatory positioning, and legal compliance
Advising on fund receiving flows (K, source of funds, banking workflows, approvals)
Building a repeatable system / workflow (playbooks, templates, process maps) and helping develop business
Ideal profile:
Proven experience in investment structuring, agreements, compliance, and fund operations
Comfortable working with stakeholders (legal, tax, banking, operations)
Can operate as a freelancer or advisor with clear deliverables and timelines
Engagement: Freelance / advisory (project-based)
Location: UAE / Remote (preferred GCC familiarity)
