Role Summary
We are looking for a highly driven, field-based sales professional to grow our art studio’s B2B and B2C business across:
•Schools & educational institutions (school trips, workshops)
•Tour operators & travel companies
•Corporates (team building, corporate events)
•Event agencies & mall activations
•Private events (birthdays, festivals, offsite activations)
This role focuses on active business development, partnerships, and long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
•Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities across:
oSchools & nurseries
oCorporates & HR departments
oEvent agencies
oTour operators & DMCs
oHotels, malls, community spaces
•Sell onsite and offsite workshops, activations, and experiences
•Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and pitches
•Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
•Negotiate pricing, proposals, and contracts
•Wall Murals, 3D Art Relief and sculptures
Schools & Education Sales
•Build relationships with:
oSchool administrators
oActivity coordinators
oTrip coordinators
•Align offerings with academic calendars and school needs
•Secure repeat and annual partnerships
Corporate & Events Sales
•Pitch team building workshops and creative corporate experiences
•Work with HR, Admin, and Events teams
•Secure corporate bookings, brand activations, and festivals
Client Relationship Management
•Maintain long-term partnerships and repeat business
•Ensure smooth handover to operatio after sale
•Gather feedback and identify upsell opportunities
Reporting & Coordination
•Maintain CRM or structured lead tracking
•Weekly reporting on:
oLeads
oMeetings
oConversions
oRevenue pipeline
•Coordinate with operations, artists, and management
Requirements (Must-Have)
•7+ years of proven sales experience (B2B preferred)
•UAE driving license (mandatory)
•Dubai residence / valid UAE residency
•Strong field sales experience in Dubai
•Excellent English communication skills (Arab is a plus)
•Proven ability to close deals and build long-term accounts
•Comfortable with targets, KPIs, and performance tracking
•Highly organized and self-motivated
