QUBITX ONE GLOBAL is a remote-first IT governance, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity advisory firm based in Bahrain, serving SMEs across the Seef District and wider Kingdom.
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify and close web development projects with law firms, medical clinics, financial boutiques, and professional services firms in Bahrain that need a professional online presence.
This is a 100% commission-based opportunity offering 20-30% success fee on every project closed (project values range BHD 500 - 1,500+). No fixed salary, no targets imposed beyond your own ambition - your earnings scale directly with your network and closing ability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and approach Bahraini SME prospects requiring a website, online booking systems, or business web platforms
- Leverage existing corporate network and B2B relationships in Bahrain
- Present QUBITX service offerings and coordinate proposal delivery
- Close deals and manage client relationship through to contract signature
COMMISSION EXAMPLE:
Close one BHD 1,000 project = BHD 200-300 commission, paid upon client payment clearance.
- Proven B2B sales track record within Bahrain's corporate market
- Existing network of contacts at SMEs, law firms, clinics, or financial boutiques in Bahrain
- Self-motivated, able to work independently on a commission structure
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Consum sales experience is not a match for this role
