We’re on a mission to find the best talent and add an experienced Business Development Manager for WinProFX.
Your role at WinProFX:
•Develop and manage new client relationships
•Confidently promote trading solutions
•Achieve sales targets with attractive earning potential
•Support clients throughout their trading journey
•Promote the Company’s products and services mainly by phone, email and social networks
•Train the clients how to use company’s trading systems and products
•Develop strong relationships with prospective clients and partners
•Manage the existing portfolio of clients with the focus of maximizing customer size and trading volume, whereby you always work professionally, ethically and customer oriented.
•Handling new client leads on a daily basis, following up on potential clients and effectively retain existing clients
•Actively following up on queries and providing feedback to customers ensuring that the clients receive the best level of service
•Keep up-to-date with the financial markets in a daily basis
•Follow the guidelines set by the compliance department with regards to processing client doentation.
•Follow internal regulations and procedures provided by Back Office department
•Complete required training and development objective within the assigned time frame
•The Employee shall meet h monthly targets as specified by the Head of Sales at the beginning of each month. Such targets are measured at the discretion of the Employer.
•The Employee shall at all times perform h duties with the due skill, professional care and diligence.
The Ideal Candidate:
•At least one (1) years of sales experience in financial services industry (forex experience is a plus)
•Strong communication and negotiation skills
•Goal-oriented mindset
•Strong team player, willing to contribute actively within the business
•Strong business aen with problem solving skills
•Ability to work well under pressure and make decisio solutions in a fast-paced environment
•Excellent communication and relationship–building skills.
