Key Responsibilities:
Company Formation Expertise:
Advise clients on the optimal business setup—Mainland, Freezone, or Offshore.
Lead the end-to-end company formation process, including licensing, permits, and regulatory approvals.
Client Consultation:
Understand client goals and provide customized business setup solutions.
Maintain ongoing communication to ensure clarity and confidence at every stage.
Regulatory Compliance:
Stay current on UAE business laws and government procedures.
Ensure all legal and compliance requirements are fully met for each client.
Doent Preparation:
Draft and review business-related contracts and legal doents with precision and accuracy.
CRM & Client Management:
Use CRM tools to manage client pipelines, track status, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Implement strategies to boost client satisfaction and retention.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of consultants and admin professionals.
Foster a collaborative culture focused on excellence and growth.
Business Development:
Identify growth opportunities and market trends to expand our service offering.
Build relationships with key stakeholders, government entities, and industry partners.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (M are a plus).
Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai business setup (Mainland, Freezone & Offshore).
Strong knowledge of UAE company laws, licensing procedures, and regulatory frameworks.
Proficiency in CRM software and client relationship strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven leadership and team management abilities.
Detail-oriented with top-notch organizational skills.
