Job Title: Business Setup Executive
Location: Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through company formation, licensing, and registration
processes in Dubai and UAE free zones.
- Prepare and submit required doentation to government authorities (DED,
free zones, immigration, etc.).
- Liaise with local sponsors, PROs, and government departments for smooth
processing.
- Provide advice on legal structures, business activities, and regulatory
compliance.
- Coordinate office space, visa processing, and bank account opening for
clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE business laws and free zone
regulations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and
repeat business.
- Achieve individual and team targets for new business set up.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or related field.
- 1–3 years experience in business setup, PRO services, or corporate services in
Dubai.
- Strong knowledge of UAE company law, free zones, and government
procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English required, Arabic
advantage).
- Already residing in Dubai (visa transferable).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
