• Conduct site inspection and load assessment for all non-routine lifting operation (above 5 tons or using
none-standard rigging arrangements) to establish what the load to be lifted is, what all the characteristics
are, weight, size, type of lifting lugs etc., and what the ground conditions are.
• Studying orders, making developed patterns for all items using computer Programs (AUTOCAD 2D -
SIGMANEST - WINSTEEL - WINBAR - COLUMBUS - LANTEK).
• Prepare /review Material List.
• Prepa all CNC Programs
• Prepare and review all nesting works to achieve minimum wastage percentages.
• Design and develop CAD models using software and computer programs
• Create CAM programs for CNC machines using software
• Develop and maintain engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing processes
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure seamless integration of C processes
• Conduct tests and evaluations of C processes to ensure accuracy and quality
• Provide technical support to production teams in the implementation of C processes
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in the C industry
• Diplo in Machine Technology / Computer Science
• Must be familiar with - AUTOCAD 2D - SIGMANEST - WINSTEEL - WINBAR -
COLUMBUS - LANTEK.
• Must be familiar with steel structure engineering drawing
• Three years of working experience in relevant positions
