We are seeking an experienced and passionate Café Manager to lead operations for our café outlet in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, leading the team, controlling costs, and maintaining operational standards.
We are a growing café group operating 7 outlets across UAE, and we are looking for a strong leader who can contribute to operational excellence and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage overall daily café operations and ensure smooth outlet performance
• Lead, supervise, train, and motivate café staff
• Ensure excellent customer service standards and customer satisfaction
• Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving outlet targets
• Control food cost, wastage, labor cost, and operational expenses
• Manage inventory, ordering, stock control, and supplier coordination
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards
• Handle customer complaints professionally and implement corrective actions
• Prepare staff schedules, monitor attendance, and manage manpower requirements
• Coordinate with Operations, HR, Procurement, and Management teams
• Ensure outlet cleanliness, maintenance, and operational readiness at all times
• Drive sales initiatives and support business growth activities
Requirements
• Minimum 3–5 years experience as Café Manager / Restaurant Manager / F&B Manager
• Previous UAE hospitality or café experience is mandatory
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience managing sales, costs, inventory, and operations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Immediate joiners will be preferred
