Job Description

IBT Evolve is hiring a Call Center Agent - Arabic Speaker for its Dubai, UAE office. The selected candidate will handle customer calls, chats, and emails professionally while ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries. The role includes following up on open cases, escalating issues to relevant teams when required, and delivering excellent customer service. Candidates must be willing to work in a 24/7 shift environment and be available to join immediately.

Candidate Requirements

a. Strong spoken and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
b. Minimum 2 years of call center experience, including at least 1 year of local UAE experience.
c. Graduation in Business Management.
d. Ability to handle calls, chats, and emails professionally.
e. Willingness to work in rotational 24/7 shifts.
f. Ability to follow up on customer cases until closure.
g. Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.
