We are seeking a motivated and professional Female Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented attitude, and the ability to handle high call volumes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries.
Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
Meet individual and team targets for call handling and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Engli relevant languages].
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure.
Good computer skills and ability to use call center software.
Must be locally based or willing to relocate in Abu Dhabi.
