Job Description

The Call Center Supervisor will oversee the daily activities of agents and administrative staff to ensure high service quality and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include providing leadership, coaching team members on soft skills, and assisting with complex customer escalations. You will design and implement new operational procedures, schedule shifts, and manage staff attendance to optimize contact center performance. Additionally, you will maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure the team is well-trained on new products and services. The role involves promoting quality initiatives and organizing team incentives to maintain high motivation levels.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. You are required to have at least 3 years of supervisory experience specifically within call centers, customer service, or insurance operations. Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership, coaching, and training abilities with a proven track record of meeting business objectives. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. A valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel for business trips are also required.
