Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the entire operations related to the camp and maintain it as per the authority regulations.
Lead all housekeeping initiatives to maintain a clean environment without pests & proper waste management.
Perform room-wise inspection to ensure the room is maintained as per the standards set by Dubai Municipality. Identify and report any wooden items, carpets etc placed in the rooms against the standards and continue awareness and corrective actions with support of camp manager.
Perform room inspection to identify any absentees with or without valid reasons and notify respective departments.
Maintain registers of various AMC contracts related to fire and safety, cleanliness, pest control, water treatment etc and ensure periodic inspections and preventive maintenance are performed on time by the 3rd party contractors or internal arrangements.
Maintain a register of cleaning and periodic inspections (weekly, monthly) for water coolers, water filters, bath rooms, toilets, kitchen and dining hall.
Report to the health authorities and HR, Health & safety matters related to the eruption of any contagious diseases, food poisoning and other important casualties.
Reporting any incidents in camp with evidence to initiate proper disciplinary or corrective actions as appropriate.
Coordinate with HR-ADMIN-PRO for all government-related procedures for employees
Lead all activities related to the announcement of notices, rules and regulations periodically to all the employees residing in camp.
Coordinate transportation Arrangements for employees proceeding for annual leaves, exiting and new joiners as per the schedules
Coordinate and arrange transportation for manpower mobilization to all the sites.
Distribute company uniform, safety shoes and new joiner’s materials.
To prepare the timesheet of camp staff
Report absenteeism of employees to HR offic manager on regular basis.
Raise PR for camp materials, new joiner materials and maintain its records.
Manage camp petty cash and distribute new joiner’s advance salaries.
Handle camp grievances and take necessary disciplinary action as per the camp protocols.
Coordinate all the Security Services and ensure the camp maintains appropriate security arrangements.
Notify the camp manager and admin department about DM Inspections, Fines, Instruction & Recommendations if any
Compile Reports - Daily Camp Report / Monthly Division wise employee list for cost allocation / Monthly LPG Consumption report / Monthly Hire report for waste Management / Cash purchases reports
Organize fire drills, health camps, employee engagement events and activities.
Support and assisting in finalizing new camps as per the business requirements
Perform all other duties as assigned by the Camp Manag Officer
Good command over the residents
Supervision & decision making skills
Basic knowledge in MEP
Knowledge in MS Office
4-6 years of experience as camp boss
