We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Operations Team Leader ( Car care ) to join our growing Car Care Center in Dubai. If you have strong technical experience in Paint Protection Film (PPF) and the ability to lead and manage workshop operations efficiently, we would like to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the PPF & detailing team on daily operations
Ensure high-quality PPF installation and finishing standards
Plan and manage job allocation & workflow inside the workshop
Monitor job completion timelines and release schedules
Train and develop technicians to improve performance and skills
Ensure tools, materials, and stock are properly managed
Coordinate with Service Advisors & Sales team to ensure smooth handover
Maintain workshop discipline, productivity, and quality control
Handle customer complaints related to PPF professionally when needed
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Car care
Previous experience as Team Leader or Supervisor is preferred
Strong knowledge of car care services (PPF, tinting, detailing, ceramic coating)
Leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good communication skills (English required – Arabic is a plus)
UAE experience is highly preferred
