Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
Scan and process purchases accurately
Handle cash, cred card, and digital payments
Issue receipts, refunds, and change correctly
Maintain an organized and clean checkout area
Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts
Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues when necessary
Follow company policies and security procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Basic math and computer skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Honesty and reliability
Customer service experience (preferred but not required)
Work Environment
