Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-focused Cashier to join our restaurant team in Dubai. The cashier will handle customer orders, payments, billing, and provide excellent service while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and take food orders accurately.
Enter orders into the POS system and process bills.
Handle cash, cred card, and other payment methods.
Provide correct change and issue receipts.
Assist customers with menu questions, prices, and promotions.
Coordinate with the kitchen and delivery team to ensure orders are prepared correctly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter.
Reconcile cash and POS transactions at the end of the shift.
Handle customer complaints politely and refer issues to the supervisor when necessary.
Follow restaurant hygiene, safety, and company policies.
Requirements
Previous cashier or restaurant experience preferred.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Basic comput knowledge.
Good numerical and cash-handling skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a busy restaurant environment.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Knowledge of English is required; Arabic or Hin is an advantage.
Candidates currently in the UAE are preferred.
