We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Cashiers to join our team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Process guest orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
Handle cash, card, and other payment transactions securely.
Issue receipts and ensure accurate billing.
Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and cash handling.
Coordinate with waitstaff, supervisors, kitchen, and management regarding orders and payments.
Assist guests with billing inquiries and resolve payment concerns professionally.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional cashier station.
Follow company procedures for cash handling, discounts, voids, refunds, and end-of-shift reconciliation.
Support overall restaurant operations when required.
REQUIREMENTS
Speaks English.
Previous cashier or F&B experience preferred.
Strong numerical and cash-handling skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Honest, responsible, and trustworthy.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
