a. 2–3 years of relevant casting experience.
b. Experience in sanitaryware or ceramic manufacturing is preferred.
c. Knowledge of slip casting, demolding, and product finishing.
d. Ability to identify casting defects and maintain product quality.
e. Basic English communication skills are required.
f. GCC experience and Arabic communication skills are advantageous where applicable.
