Key Responsibilities:
Own category strategy, P&L, and sales growth
Identify and onboard leading UAE home appliance brands and local vendors
Build and manage strong vend relationships
Drive product assortment, pricing, promotions, and availability
Manage MDA (Major Domestic Appliances) and SDA (Small Domestic Appliances) categories
Identify market trends and new business opportunities
Negotiate commercial terms and develop strategic vendor partnerships
Use data and insights to improve category performance
What We’re Looking For:
12+ years of U experience in Home Appliances, E-commerce, or Retail
Strong knowledge of UAE-local home appliance vendors, distributors, and brands
Proven vendor negotiation and partnership-management experience
Strong commercial, analytical, and P&L management skills
Advanced Excel / SQL knowledge is an advantage
Strong ownership and stakeholder-management skills
