The role involves managing catering operations, workforce and teams, client relations, menu planning, cost control, and ensuring compliance with food safety and HACCP standards.

a. Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management, Catering Management, or a related field.
b. 5–10 years of experience in industrial or camp catering within the Middle East.
c. Strong experience in team and workforce management.
d. Good time management and client relationship skills.
e. Solid knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards.
f. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
g. Candidates currently in the UAE and available for immediate joining are preferred.
