Job Description

We are seeking a creative and strategic Chef de Cuisine to lead our All Day Dining kitchen brigade. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire culinary operation of the outlet, ensuring that international buffet and à la carte offerings meet 5-star standards. The role involves menu engineering, maintaining strict cost control measures, and supervising food safety and hygiene protocols. You will lead, mentor, and develop a diverse kitchen team, ensuring consistent food quality and innovative presentation.
