Job Description

The Chef de Partie is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes within a specific section of the kitchen. You will ensure consistent taste, presentation, and portion control while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. Key tasks include assisting with menu development, monitoring stock levels to minimize waste, and strictly complying with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Additionally, you will play a vital role in training and mentoring junior team members to ensure the culinary team operates at a world-class luxury standard.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants must have proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel environment. A culinary diploma or equivalent professional certification is required. You should have strong technical knowledge of various cooking techniques and industrial kitchen equipment. The ideal candidate must be able to work effectively under pressure, possess excellent time management skills, and show flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
