The Chef de Partie — Pizza Specialist is a skilled culinary professional responsible for the full operation of the pizza station within our restaurant. This includes the preparation, stretching, topping, and baking of all pizzas to exact recipe specifications, ensuring every pie leaving the kitchen delivers the quality, flavour, and consistency our guests expect. The role demands mastery of dough handling, wood-fired or deck oven operation, and a genuine passion for Italian culinary tradition and artisanal pizza craft.
Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field from a recognized culinary institution.
Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive culinary experience in a professional kitchen environment.
