You will be responsible for running a specific section of the banquet kitchen, preparing high-quality dishes for large functions, weddings, and corporate events. The role requires the ability to perform under high pressure and maintain 5-star quality while serving high volumes. You will supervise Commis chefs, manage mise-en-place for events, and ensure that all dishes are plated according to established specifications.
