Should have a minimum of 05 year work experience, fluent in speaking and writing 
English and have a food menu technical skills, and knowledgeable in Food & 
Nutrition. 
- Should have the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Knowledge of quality food preparation and food services management. 
- Knowledge of rules and regulations related to ensure food sanitation and 
safety, and the principles of nutrition as it relates to menu planning. 
- Ability to work without supervision.
