Our Team is seeking a skilled and passionate Chocolatier to lead our premium chocolate production. This role requires artistic expertise and hands-on mastery in creating chocolate.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and produce a wide range of high-end chocolates, truffles, artisan, and praline products
Design and launch innovative flavors, molds, and chocolate collections for retail and custom orders
Manage chocolate tempering, molding, enrobing, and decorative techniques with precision
Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams for seasonal launches and product development
Oversee stock control and inventory of chocolate ingredients and tools
LOCATION: DUBAI
Excellent communication and coordination skills – ability to lead and work within a team
Minimum 2-5 years of hands-on experience in chocolate or pastry production (mandatory)
Strong technical knowledge in modern chocolate techniques
High attention to detail, cleanliness, and time management
Artistic flair and awareness of global trends in premium chocolate design
