Key Responsibilities:
•Prepare and review civil and structural drawings, design reports, and BOQs.
•Ensure designs are in compliance with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, Nakheel, and other local authorities’ regulations.
•Conduct site inspections and provide supervision support to ensure execution aligns with approved drawings and specifications.
•Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
•Assist in the preparation and submission of doentation for authority approvals and permits.
•Review contract drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
•Prepare and maintain project records, reports, and communication logs.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
•Minimum 3–5 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably within the UAE.
•Must have a valid Dubai Society of Engineers membership.
•Familiar with local authority regulations (DM, RTA, DDA, Trakhees, Nakheel, etc.).
•Strong command of AutoCAD, MS Office, and civil engineering design standards.
•Good communication and reporting skills.
•Must hold a valid own visa (Freelance / Family / Partner visa).
