Site Supervision
•Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site
•Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
Planning & Execution
•Plan construction activities and monitor progress
•Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors
Quality Control
•Ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications
•Inspect materials, workmanship, and site works
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
•Ensure site safety rules and UAE regulations are followed
•Report and prevent unsafe practices
Material & Resource Management
•Calculate material quantities and prepare material requests
•Monitor usage of manpower, materials, and equipment
Coordination & Communication
•Liaise with consultants, authorities, and clients
•Attend site meetings and prepare progress reports
Doentation
•Prepare daily reports, method statements, and inspection requests
•Maintain site records and as-built drawings
Compliance with Authorities
•Ensure works comply with municipality requirements
•Coordinate inspections with Ras Al Khaimah / Fujairah Municipality
Problem Solving
•Identify technical issues and propose solutions on site
•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
•Must be in UAE
•Registered Society Engineer in the UAE
•Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE
•Must have passed Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah or Fujairah municipality exams
