a. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
b. Minimum 5 years of experience
c. At least 1 year of Facilities / Operation & Maintenance experience in Saudi Arabia
d. Experience supervising maintenance and operation activities
e. Good knowledge of preparing reports and schedules
f. Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance
g. CMMS / CAFM experience is preferred
h. Good command of written and spoken English
