This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Foreman at Basic Touch Building Contracting LLC, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Civil Foreman will oversee and manage construction sites, ensuring that work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Responsibilities include supervising construction crews, coordinating with subcontractors, operating heavy equipment, and performing carpentry and maintenance tasks. The Civil Foreman will also be responsible for maintaining effective communication with project managers, architects, and engineers.
Strong Supervisory Skills to manage and oversee construction crews
Experience with Heavy Equipment operation
Effective Communication skills for liaising with project managers, architects, and engineers
Proficiency in Carpentry tasks
Ability to perform Maintenance tasks
Strong understanding of construction safety protocols
Ability to interpret and work from construction blueprints and plans
Minimum of 5 years experience in a supervisory role in construction
Relevant certifications or training in construction management or related fields
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
