Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil construction activities on site.
Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
Manage project schedules, materials, manpower, and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and safety standards.
Monitor project progress and prepare dai progress reports.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and other stakeholders.
Ensure quality control procedures are implemented and maintained.
Manage project costs and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in civil construction projects (UAE experience preferred).
G+12 approval (preferred).
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Language Requirements:
English (mandatory).
Hindi or Tamil (added advantage).
