Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications and safety standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors and labor teams to maintain project timelines and quality control.
Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed reports on project progress and challenges.
Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications to guide construction processes.
Manage marble installation works: flooring, cladding, staircases, counters, wall panels, etc.
Supervise daily construction site activities and ensure quality execution. Review drawings,
coordinate with consultants, and handle site inspections. Ensure materials meet project standards and monitor cutting lists & fabrication. Prepare progress reports and maintain site doentation (IR, MAR, NCR, etc.). Enforce health & safety standards on site.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
3–8 years experience in construction, especially marb.
Strong technical knowledge of marble installation methods.
Ability to read drawings and manage subcontractors. Good communication, leadership, and site coordination skills.
U experience is a plus.
