JOB DESCRIPTION:
•Coordinate between client (company), contractor and consultant to assess building maintenance requirements, civil works, and n construction projects.
•Monitor contractors and subcontractors to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules.
•Managing budgets for maintenance and construction requirements.
•Maintain accurate project doentation, including inspection reports, progress reports, work records, maintenance records, and financi information.
•Prepare and submit progress reports to the Management.
•Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
•Carry out quality inspections on jobs in progress and completed works.
•Manage multiple maintenance and construction activities while ensuring priorities and deadlines are met.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
•Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in a relevant Civ Engineering role
•Valid Dubai Municipality Certification
•Valid UAE Driving License
•Knowledge of UAE construction regulations & safety practices
•Proficiency in AutoCAD, civil design tools & MS Office
•Excellent communication & problem solving skills
•Strong site supervision and contractor management experience
