Conduct outbound telecalling to builders, architects, consultants, and developers across the UAE.
Introduce Gulf uPVC products including uPVC windows & doors, aluminium systems, and WPC doors.
Schedule sales appointments and meetings for the business development team.
Handle incoming enquiries from digital marketing channels (website, social media, email, and advertising campaigns).
Maintain and update client databases and CRM records.
Follow up with potential clients to convert enquiries into confirmed meetings or project opportunities.
Build and maintain professional relationships with construction industry stakeholders.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead management and customer communication.
Provide regular reports on call performance, lead status, and appointment conversions.
Fluency in Arabic and English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in telecalling, customer relationship management, or sales coordination is preferred.
Basic understanding of the construction industry, windows, doors, or building materials is an advantage.
Ability to handle multiple enquiries and maintain organized records.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital communication tools.
Positive attitude with strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
